Security Certification Manager
Position Overview
Wurldtech Security Technologies is looking for a motivated, passionate, experienced and results-oriented business professional to manage the general operations of the Achilles industrial cyber security certification program.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Achilles Certification Business Unit Manager will be responsible for the following business roles:
- Marketing & Sales: The certification business unit manager will be responsible for meeting revenue targets and managing all strategic marketing activities to increase program profitability and exposure.
- Business Development: The certification business unit manager will be responsible for continued program development and expansion to increase customer awareness and adoption.
- Operations Management: The certification business unit manager will be responsible for the management and delivery of all certification projects.
- Key Account Management: The certification business unit manager will be responsible for managing the needs of all major certification program accounts
- Industry Stewardship: The certification business unit manager will be responsible for participating and leading relevant international cyber security standards bodies and working groups.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
An ideal candidate will bring the following experience to the certification business unit manager position:
- An explicit understanding of current and emerging cyber standards for critical infrastructure (NIST, ISA, IEC)
- Detailed knowledge of common IT cyber security best practices and how they can be applied to the industrial automation industry
- Real-world, hands-on expertise working with process control & industrial automation stakeholders
- An understanding of process control devices, systems, applications and networks
- An high-level understanding of cyber security issues challenges facing the industrial automation industry
- A background of having built and grown a service business
- Worked in technology start-ups with little support structure and achieved strong revenue growth
- Experience creating professional product / service materials and documentation
- High quality writing skills (proposals, emails, documentation)
