D. Neil McDonnell, President & Chief Executive Officer

D. Neil McDonnell joined Wurldtech in July 2010 and is responsible for driving strategy and overseeing the company's operations. Known as a company builder, Mr. McDonnell was formerly Chief Executive Officer and Chair of TeraSpan Networks, a fiber optic networking communications company; Chief Operating Officer of Philips Lighting (SSL)/TIR Systems Ltd., a developer and manufacturer of Solid State Lighting Technologies; Chief Executive Officer of IP Applications Corp., a provider of outsourced IT services and products; Chief Operating Officer of MDSI Mobile Data Solutions Inc., a provider of mobile workforce management software and services; and President and Chief Executive Officer of Intrinsyc Software International, Inc., a developer of embedded mobile devices. Mr. McDonnell is currently a Director of the BC Lottery Corporation and TitanStar Properties and serves as an Advisor to the ICBC Board of Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia.

Nate Kube, Chief Technology Officer & Founder

Nate Kube founded Wurldtech Security Technologies in 2006 and as the company’s Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for strategic alliances, technology and thought leadership. Recognized as an international leader on cyber security, Mr. Kube is a recognized subject matter expert in embedded device protection for high-availability process automation, medical and healthcare industries. Mr. Kube has created an extensive Intellectual Property portfolio and has filed numerous authored patents in formal test methods and critical systems protection. He has also co-authored numerous security publications for the embedded device security market, and frequently presents on cyber security issues. Mr. Kube has testified on smart grid interoperability standards for the US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and serves as an expert for the TC65 working group on the IEC 62443-2-4 international standards project. Simon Bodymore, Chief Financial Officer

Simon Bodymore joined Wurldtech in August 2012 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s financial, legal and administration operations. A Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom, Mr. Bodymore brings more than 18 years of international financial experience to Wurldtech through his previous roles in both public practice and industry. Mr. Bodymore has previously managed the financial operations of rapidly growing companies, been responsible for implementing comprehensive systems of internal financial control, participated in acquisitions and managed public company reporting requirements under both Canadian and US legislation. Immediately prior to joining Wurldtech, Mr. Bodymore served as the Chief Financial Officer of PNI Digital Media, Inc., a Toronto Stock Exchange-listed provider of transaction processing and order routing services for major retailers.

Greg Speakman, Vice President Services

Greg Speakman leads Wurldtech’s Professional Services team, focusing on the development and delivery of security services, strategy development and execution, and business development. He previously served as Wurldtech’s Vice President Marketing. Mr. Speakman has over 25 years of experience in technology and services management and marketing. He was previously Vice President, Marketing for Sierra Wireless Inc., a world leader in the development of cellular wireless modems. Prior to Sierra Wireless, Mr. Speakman held Customer Service, Product Management, and Finance roles with Dynapro Systems Inc., providing branded HMI products to Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Automation.  He holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia.

Ethan Sun, Vice President Engineering

Ethan Sun joined Wurldtech in October 2012 as the Vice President of Engineering and is responsible for Research & Development at Wurldtech.  Mr. Sun has more than 16 years of industry experience bringing high-performance software and network devices to market.He was previously Director, Software Development at IXIA Communications, which provides converged IP network validation and network visibility solutions, where he managed the software infrastructure and platform team.  Prior to his work at Ixia Communications, he worked at a variety of established and start-up networking companies including Cisco Systems, Nortel Networks, Innovance Networks and China Telecom. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Peking University in China.

Peter Lunk, Vice President Marketing

Peter Lunk joined Wurldtech in January 2013 and is responsible for the company's marketing, product management and communications strategy. Prior to joining Wurldtech, Mr. Lunk served as Director of Product Marketing for Juniper Networks’ $1B security business unit. Before Juniper he served as Senior Director of Solutions Marketing and Business Development at Extreme Networks responsible for the service provider segment. He has a broad background with over 15 years in leadership positions in product marketing, product management, solutions marketing and business development for technology companies focused on the service provider and enterprise markets. Mr. Lunk holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley and an Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
